Shanghai Shipyard (Pudong) area 2E3-2 plot project

The project land is located in Lujiazui Binjiang City, Pudong, Shanghai 2E3-2 block. The west side is adjacent to the 2E3-1 plot, the east side is Rongcheng Road, the south is Yincheng Road, the north part is adjacent to the 2E1-1 old factory project, and the rest is mostly the Huangpu River riverside green space. The site and the surrounding terrain is flat, and the site planning of the project is raised to 7 meters as a whole, and the above-ground building design is carried out at the level of 7 meters elevation (Wusong elevation system). The absolute elevation of urban sidewalks around the base is about 3.7m to 6m, with the north high and the south low. The above-ground buildings of this project include 9 residential buildings, 1 supporting co-construction and one overall basement. This project is located in the core area of Lujiazui, with unique location and landscape advantages, which cannot be replicated. Except for the retained factory building in the northwest corner of the 2E1-1 block, which partially blocks the view of the landscape of the proposed buildings in the project within the height range of 30 meters, the north side of the whole plot will face the magnificent scenery of the Huangpu River, which is 180 degrees wide. It is a limited number of first-line waterfront residential land in the Lujiazui core area. Therefore, the project itself is positioned to meet the high-end living needs of Shanghai, from the overall layout to the room type design, and then to the details of the design are repeatedly refined, and strive for perfection.

Plot T17, Jinqiao Science and Technology Innovation Center

Located at the intersection of Jinqiao Industrial Zone and Biyun Residential area, the T17 block project of Jinqiao Science and Technology Innovation Center consists of a 260-meter science and innovation center tower and a 50-meter independent research and development office building, including science and innovation office, incubation office, financial office, commercial facilities and other functions. The design uses elements such as sunken square, public platform and landscape bridge inside the base to form an urban public courtyard integrating ecology, rest, communication and service, and to enhance the urban style of the whole area. The tower introduces the concept of vertical community, emphasizing the flexibility of the space, the pertinence and integrity of the functional package. The dislocation of the modules not only fits in with the different landscape orientations of the tower, but also creates viewing platforms of different heights. The interpenetration of the volume blocks and the contrast of the virtual and solid curtain wall make the building appearance more flexible and full of tension. The project forms a complete science and technology industrial cluster with the surrounding area, reshaping the urban skyline and urban public space of Jinqiao, and making Jinqiao glow with more dazzling innovative vitality.

Nanning Tianlong Wealth Center

Nanning Tianlong Wealth Center project is located in Nanning, capital city of Guangxi Province, and consists of office, commercial and underground garage. As a regional landmark building, the unique shape of Tianlong refers to the image of China's coiling dragon, using the cross-changing curtain wall design, the contrast of horizontal and vertical lines to create a simple and crisp building shape, rising slowly, standing on one side. A full-height glass joint hall is used as a transition between high-rise commercial buildings and super high-rise towers, which can not only facilitate the organization of various functional flow lines, but also become a unique portal space for itself. High-rise commercial group housing in the design of the high-rise tower echoes, with the glass curtain wall, together with the high-rise tower to form a complete architectural image.
